Accessibility

How we approach accessibility on the public RedubIDX website, and how to report barriers.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Commitment

We want this marketing website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We design toward recognized practices aligned with WCAG 2.2 Level AA for this public site. The European Accessibility Act primarily targets certain digital products and services for consumers; we still treat accessibility as a standing quality bar for institutional buyers and the public.

What we do

  • Semantic structure (landmarks, headings, labelled controls)
  • Keyboard access to primary navigation, menus, forms, and expandable content
  • Visible focus indicators and skip link to main content
  • Text alternatives or accessible names for meaningful non-text UI where applicable
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion where animations are not essential
  • Form labels, error messages, and privacy notice text near submission

Conformance status

We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA on public marketing journeys (home, product, company, perspectives, contact, security, and legal pages). We run automated accessibility checks on those routes and key interactive states (mobile menu, contact validation) as part of release QA against a production build. Automated tools cannot prove full conformance; residual risk remains in decorative motion graphics, browser quirks, and assistive-technology combinations. We fix reported barriers with priority proportional to severity and user impact.

Technical preferences

The site is built as a modern HTML/CSS/JS application. A current evergreen browser and JavaScript enabled provide the full experience. Essential legal and contact content is delivered as HTML text.
