RedubIDX

Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the public website operated by RedubIDX at redubidx.com and related marketing pages. They do not replace a customer agreement for TDVeriX Med or ToCGeniX Med.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

1. Agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where mandatory law requires a different process.

2. Operator

This website is operated by the entity identified in our legal notice (imprint). Contact details for general and legal inquiries are listed there.

3. Purpose of the website

This site provides general information about RedubIDX, TDVeriX Med, ToCGeniX Med, and related topics, and channels for demo or contact requests. It is aimed at professional and institutional audiences. It is not an online storefront for automated purchase of regulated services.

4. No professional advice

Content on this website is for general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, clinical, quality-system, or conformity-assessment advice. It does not replace the professional judgment of qualified personnel, the procedures of a Notified Body or other institution, or advice from your own counsel or advisors.

5. Product and commercial claims

TDVeriX Med is described on this website as assistance for professional assessment workflows. It does not make autonomous certification, CE-marking, or conformity-assessment decisions.

This website does not guarantee regulatory outcomes, market access, reduced liability, or acceptance of any particular submission. Outcomes depend on evidence quality, applicable law, procedures, and independent judgment by qualified personnel.

Capability statements reflect intended design and current positioning. They do not replace a specification, statement of work, or other written agreement governing a customer engagement.

Where we describe potential benefits (e.g., clearer structure or reduced time spent searching for evidence), treat them as directional and context-dependent unless backed by validated customer metrics that we have expressly published as such.

EU AI Act positioning on this website describes intended design and documented classification for the stated purpose of TDVeriX Med. It is not legal advice and does not assert EU AI Act CE marking, AI Act high-risk conformity assessment, or guaranteed regulatory outcomes.

References to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/977 describe publicly available legal requirements for Notified Bodies. They do not represent that TDVeriX Med ensures compliance with those timelines or that a customer will achieve any particular certification schedule.

6. Product information

Descriptions of TDVeriX Med reflect intended design and current positioning. Specific functionality, deployment options, security controls, service levels, and commercial terms are confirmed during evaluation and written agreement, not solely by marketing copy on this site.

TDVeriX Med assists assessment workflows. Qualified professionals remain responsible for conclusions and for their institution's compliance obligations.

7. Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, related systems, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site’s operation, security, or availability
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content or contact channels in a way that burdens the service or violates law
  • Transmit malware, spam, or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms
  • Use the site in any way that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where needed to protect the site or others.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, layout, and other materials on this website are owned by RedubIDX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and temporarily store pages for personal or internal evaluation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law (including quotation rights where applicable).

"RedubIDX®" is a registered EU trade mark (EUIPO). "TDVeriX Med", "ToCGeniX Med", and related marks are used to identify our company and products. No license is granted by implication solely because content appears on this site.

9. Third-party material

The site may reference third-party standards, frameworks, or organizations for context. Names and marks of third parties remain their property. Links, if any, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

10. Form submissions and feedback

If you submit a contact or demo request, or send feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that content to respond and to operate our business, subject to our privacy policy. Do not submit confidential product evidence, special-category personal data, or material you are not authorized to share via the public form.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep this website available and useful but do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all content is complete or current. We may change, suspend, or withdraw pages or features without notice.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent (Vorsatz) and gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), and where we have expressly assumed a guarantee. This also applies to breaches by our legal representatives and vicarious agents (Erfüllungsgehilfen).

For simple negligence (einfache Fahrlässigkeit) we are liable only for breach of a cardinal duty (wesentliche Vertragspflicht, i.e. a duty whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the website relationship possible and on whose observance you may regularly rely). In that case liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability for indirect loss such as loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity therefore arises only within that scope.

Otherwise liability for simple negligence is excluded. The limitations in paragraphs 2 and 3 apply correspondingly to our legal representatives, employees and vicarious agents.

Statutory liability that cannot be limited by law remains unaffected. Nothing in this section excludes liability where applicable law does not permit it, including liability for wilful misconduct or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Liability arising from a paid product or services engagement (including TDVeriX Med and ToCGeniX Med) is governed exclusively by the applicable customer contract, not by these website terms.

13. Privacy and cookies

Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in our cookie notice.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country of establishment of the operator identified in the legal notice, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or other protections that apply to you by law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of your country of residence.

Courts of the operator's principal place of business have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory venue rules that favor you.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms: johannes.dubnack@redubidx.com or the contact form.
